Lake Shore Associates (LSA) is looking for a Senior Scrum Master to help optimize our client’s capability in Agile. Specifically, in the area of project prioritization, process development of Hierarchies, Iterative Planning, and Enterprise Funding. This position will interface directly with internal functions and requires someone with a track record in operational roles managing large projects, establishing and implementing governance processes, project intake & demand planning, EPIC, iterative planning and hierarchy processes. The Agile Coach will help our client transform their operations, integrate process optimization and elevate capabilities to drive change adoption.
Responsibilities:
- Optimize end to end agile processes and operations, specially the area of Hierarchies, Iterative Planning, and Enterprise Funding.
- Design a SAFe implementation
- Develop an enterprise transformation plan
- Launch and facilitate an Agile Release Train (ART)
- Extend the Lean-Agile portfolio by launching additional ARTs
- Assist an organization with change management practices
- Train and coach an enterprise through a SAFe transformation

Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years prior experience as a Scrum Master .
- 6 or more years’ experience in training and mentoring new Agile/Scrum teams.
- At least 8 years experience with end to end agile process delivery .
- Certification in Safe 4 SCP is preferred
- Deep understanding of Agile with hands on experience in Scrum as well as other Agile methodologies.
- At least 5 years experience in creating Agile training / workshop materials.
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
