The Senior Project Manager is responsible for project management to ensure projects are completed on time, are within budget, are of high quality, and fulfill client expectations. Maintain project document files, including meeting notes, financial information, client correspondence and project schedule. Maintain communication with the project team, the PIC and operation management.

Responsibilities:
Lead and monitor the effective business and technical performance of a project during all phases of design and construction. Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards. Coordinate project budget and schedule. Assist in preparation of fee proposals and contracts.

Manage and oversee work of project team and provide direction and organization. Ensure project delivery and quality from programming through construction. Coordinate monthly billing with accountant. Maintain budget spreadsheets for projects. Manage project files and documentation. Assist in overall office management.

Act as primary client contact; establish and maintain client contact and secure ongoing work. Ensure client development and satisfaction. Assist in the identification of new projects, implementation of effective strategic plans to win these projects, and the development of proposals.

Schedule staff workload. Assist in the selection and establishment of project teams. Direct and support design staff, conduct reviews and assist in establishing training activities.

Job Requirements:
Must currently be a licensed / registered professional architect, interior designer or engineer.

Bachelor degree plus 8 years of job-related experience required. Job-related experience must also include a minimum of five years of successful project management experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with combined net revenue in excess of $1 million.

Other equivalent combination of education, experience, training, and credentials may be reviewed and approved by Human Resources.
