POSITION SUMMARY:

RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the Vice President, Operations, this position is responsible for the Vegas region operations including multi-unit restaurant and commissary operations. Responsibilities include oversight of all regional operations, opening locations, recruitment, training and leading managers, monitoring and assessing store profitability, maintaining operational quality standards, processes, policies and systems to support a high level of SQSCT(Service, Quality, Safety, Cleanliness, Training).

JOB FUNCTIONS

Oversees the leadership teams and operations of restaurant and commissary operations

Represents company with our guests and communities

Coordinates company initiatives and direction with support from the corporate offices

Participates in goal setting for areas of responsibility and monitors accountability

Works with corporate offices to develop financial objectives and their achievement for Vegas operations

Develops and maintains operational and customer service standards, KPI’s, scheduling/productivity, procurement and production planning.

Is versed in state and code requirements for health, safety and employment and works with state and governmental organizations to maintain these standards

Negotiates and maintains contracts with product and service providers. Oversees the performance of vendors, contractors, broadliners and other suppliers

Monitors capital expenditure planning and projects

Maintains a safe and sanitary work and guest areas through leadership and training.

Performs other duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS

Work Experience:
Minimum 10 years F&B experience

Multi-unit restaurant operations

Experience with commissary or central kitchen operations

New restaurant opening experience

Close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Pre-Employment Requirements:
Passed tuberculosis (TB) skin test within 12 months of the date of hire OR Dated/Issued at the age of 16 or older.

Pass a drug screening test.

Physical exam.

Environmental Conditions:
Works in an air-conditioned environment.

Education:
College diploma or equivalent.
