Senior Manager, Registration

This position is responsible for the management of the Meeting & Event Services Registration Team in the US and in India. The development and day to day management of this team is a key focus area of this position along with projects related to systems, vendor management, product and process improvement and key stakeholder relationship management.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance to all standards and processes for the Registration Team
  • Initiate multiple strategic projects with leadership and internal clients
  • Advise in hiring decisions, performance evaluations, promotions, compensation recommendations and organizational changes
  • Vendor management and contracting for key suppliers of registration platforms
  • Management of the relationship between MES and DU stakeholders, US Firm, Member Firm and Global stakeholders
  • Lease with ITS, Communications, Digital Solutions, Marketing, Reporting & Analysis and meeting planners on registration meeting services initiatives
  • Advise and consult across all levels and businesses throughout the firm on solutions leading to successful meeting and event registration experiences
  • Registration metrics reporting
  • Recruitment and training of new team members as required
  • Develop new operating standards and processes to grow efficiency and excellence in client service
  • Deliver exceptional client service with a consultative, solutions-oriented approach
  • Budget management for registration related expenses and revenues
  • Strict adherence to meeting protocols (cost saving measures, risk policies, contract approvals)
  • Frequent interaction with vendors and operation professionals, supporting Deloitte’s partnerships in a professional manner.
