It will empower marketers on the frontline and our Marketing function more broadly with the knowledge, skills, platforms and capabilities to do exceptional work.

The Team – Global Marketing Operations Transformation & Enablement:

Historically, all Regions (NA, EMEA, APAC) have run separate Marketing functions and have had different operational set ups. As part of the Global Marketing transformation program, all regional teams have been consolidated in to one and the new Global Marketing Operations Transformation & Enablement team has been established. The Global Marketing Ops Transformation & Enablement team are tasked with designing and driving this bold new operating model, establishing a blueprint for the future where people, process and technology come together as one. Creating new ways of working that elevate our ability to deliver our marketing plans and innovate continuously. The team are very well regarded, highly skilled and innovative with over 220 full time and agency support staff building our organization structure, process and technology for change. For you to succeed on this team it is important for you to be comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy, to continuously learn and have a curious mindset, to understand and help drive a DevOps Culture, to be proactive, collaborative and to have a sense of humour (optional).

Location: Bangalore

Travel: Main destinations will include San Jose (Global HQ) & Global Hubs: New York, London, Singapore.

What will your week look like?

You are the team’s guiding beacon for how to not just do agile but be agile. You understand that SCRUM ceremonies are not easy to keep healthy. You organize the ceremonies and keep them efficient. From Standups to grooming meetings, you make notes of things which have to be handled offline and ensure they are handled and not left. With Cadence in and across teams, you are keeping all engineering teams in sync. SAFe principles are your guiding beacons and you bring them to life on all work daily. You are an expert warrior to resolve any issues or blockers in front of your team.

Skills to be used: XP, Kanban, SCRUM and Lean, Hands on development background, Co-ordination, Focus and eye for Detail, Effective estimation and Velocity based planning, Splitting Features into Cohesive Value chunks

What will your quarter look like?

You are not fixated with methodology. You are carefully considering what is working for the team and what is not. While our Product Champion drives the right product, you drive the team to do it right. You love to be a SCRUM master, but you are loved for being an Agile coach. You base milestones on the objective evaluation of a working system. You Visualize and enforce WIP and reduce batch size continuously. Finally, you have a clear definition of Done and even better as it is observed across teams. You in partnership with other SCRUM masters are providing a holistic view of delivery.

Skills to be used: Guiding and Maturing high performance teams, Agile Coaching, Pragmatic to adjust techniques

You are implementing an enterprise-wide culture of Agile and making teams high performing. Your hard work on Developer experience is continuously unlocking the intrinsic motivations of engineers in your team. You are ensuring Communities of Excellence are thriving as informal organizations to share knowledge domains across engineering teams and fostering collaboration.

Skills to be used: Servant leadership, Situational awareness

Education & Experience required:

• Sociology/Coaching degree with SCRUM, Kanban or Agile certifications
• Multiyear experience as a SCRUM Master or Agile Coach with Hands On computer engineering background in delivering engineering focused products.
• Essential experience in managing multiple small/medium workstreams in parallel.
• Digital marketing experiences a big plus
