SALES ENGINEER/PROJECT MANAGER
This Project Management position will be responsible for managing application or
infrastructure projects that are high complexity and risk. The IT Project Manager is
accountable for the successful implementation of technical solutions through effective
planning and execution throughout implementation. The Project Manager will be responsible
for managing assigned resources, effectively tracking budgets and financial forecasts,
creating and tracking detailed project plans, effectively leading and facilitating project
meetings as well as proactively controlling project scope, risks and issues. This position is
expected to provide timely status reports to all stakeholders and escalate issues to the
appropriate management level. The Project Manager must be able to manage multiple
projects concurrently.
Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities:
Coordinating, scheduling and overseeing project tasks, team building, and
maintaining working relationships with our business partners.
Identifying and negotiating project schedules, intra and inter-project
dependencies, milestones and resources required to meet project objectives.
Applying project development practices and reporting techniques to effectively
communicate project status to executive stakeholders and project team
members.
Using a variety of delivery methods to successfully delivery technology
capabilities to business partners.
- Basic practical understanding of computer functions and proficiency with
Microsoft Office applications.
Minimum Requirements:
- High school degree (or equivalent).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Basic practical understanding of computer functions and proficiency with
Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to read and comprehend integrations and installation procedures.
- Verifiable track record of successfully managing projects to completion on
time, on budget.
- Desire to be part of a cohesive team that pulls together to put the customer
first.
- Call Center or Public Safety PM Experience a plus.
