We are innovators and market leaders in the UK home services insurance and repairs industry and we’re now starting our natural expansion in to disrupting the US warranty market. We are looking for a talented Sales and Customer Service manager to drive our growth. This is a key role in the success or failure of our initial growth plan, as well as the driving force for the work ethic and culture we want to install in our business moving forwards. This role will be tasked with the responsibility to grow our US operations.

Responsibilities:
- To manage and support a team of customer service and sales executives, growing the team in line with customer demand.
- Lead, support, coach and develop the team to ensure performance is consistently in line with business expectations.
- Drive strategy and planning for handling customer contacts through multiple channels.
- Recruit new team members and grow the sales and customer service operation.
- Managing the day to day operations of the office.
- Install a working culture based on hard work, achievement & enjoyment.
- To drive product improvement and customer satisfaction.
- Report to the group on market activity and key performance indicators evidenced by the team through sales activity.
- Engage with contractors and service providers to come to a resolution on any issues.

Requirements:
- Proven track record of successfully managing call center teams, ideally within the home warranty sector.
- Strong commercial acumen with “entrepreneurial” spirit and well-rounded emotional intelligence; the ability to engage with directors and managers to influence at all levels.
- Ability to analyze metrics, interpret into KPI’s & drive change.
- Experience of recruiting and driving workforce growth.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams in a growing and changing sales/service environment.
The successful candidate will be required to visit our UK office for up to four weeks for initial induction, onboarding and training.
