We are interviewing for a nationwide QSR fast-casual restaurant company seeking Area Restaurant Directors to assist with rapid expansion plans.

The Area Restaurant Director will be responsible for all activities within the stores located in their assigned region. Must have at least 3 years of restaurant management experience. Position Overview:

Your position will require oversight of Restaurant General Managers to ensure their compliance with business policies, practices, and goals. Multi-Unit Managers are also responsible for Restaurant Manager selection, development, and retention.

Requirements:

  • Accustomed to executing perfectly, attending to details and aiming for excellence
  • Welcome the challenge to continually improve and grow
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in General Manager level position managing polished fast-casual or QSR restaurant.
  • Prior experience working in a large, multi-unit corporate environment preferred.
  • Exceptional people and development skills. Proven track record in attracting, assessing, developing, coaching, and managing talent.
  • Must be self-motivated, results-driven, able to handle multiple tasks in a time-sensitive environment, flexible, willingness to understand the business, and possesses proven organizational and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization.
  • Must be flexible and have the ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
