AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

The Operations Director is responsible for the management and operation of the Sengistix operation and its team members, the delivery of high-quality services, and the achievement of organizational goals.

JOB DUTIES

  • Be responsible for overall organizational quality and assure compliance with all applicable licensure, certification, contractual conditions, regulations, and applicable standards of care
  • Be responsible for the financial management and success of the organization
  • Develop and implement appropriate marketing strategies to achieve growth goals
  • Working with the Director of Organizational Development, recommend and develop products and services appropriate to the company and desired by customers
  • Practice sound management techniques and principles in carrying out all duties and responsibilities
  • Provide leadership in maintaining open and honest communication throughout the organization and with unrelated entities
  • Review, monitor and manage contractual relationships of the organization

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a human services field (or equivalent)
  • Two years of mid-management experience within an organization serving people with intellectual/developmental disabilities, particularly within residential settings, coupled with budgetary and new business development responsibilities, strongly preferred.
  • Must have proven decision-making and communication skills
  • Possess an aptitude for and interest in technology
  • Analytical approach to problem solving.
