Family owned and operated Wholesale Petroleum and Lubricant distribution business located across two sates. With satellite offices located in Jamestown & Sparta Tennessee, is seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager (in the same line of business preferred, not required). Responsible for the day to day operations of both TN facilities and its team members.
Position requirements and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
-Team Manager and leader for a staff of 6 individuals between two locations.
-Oversight of day to day operations including the scheduling of fuel/oil deliveries, billing inquiries, customer relations, administrative data entry, conflict resolution.
-Must have proficient computer skills with experience in all major Microsoft business programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
-Demographic studies, with development and implementation of Sales growth strategies.
-Policy oversight and implementation.
-Vendor set up, and contact relations.
-Understanding of overheard, profit margin, and logistics efficiency.
-Critical Thinking

Position is salary with year end reviews.
Company fuel provided, and monthly vehicle/maintenance allowances.
Typical work hours 7-4 Monday through Friday. With required. around the clock phone call availability.
