We are looking for a tech-savvy Agile Project Manager who will manage and drive major Amazon Web Services (AWS) based projects from initiation to closing. Additionally, this role requires you to be a Scrum Master to possibly several technical operations teams.
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to ensure your projects are completed efficiently and on-time while meeting the expectations of all primary stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:
- Manage projects from initiation to closing
- Facilitate scrum ceremonies, including (but not limited to) daily stand-up, grooming, planning, and retrospective
- Document, coordinate and manage cross-team dependencies to keep projects on track
- Provide thorough status updates on your teamâs sprint and/or project accomplishments in real-time to key stakeholders with confidence and clarity, verbally and in writing
- Identify and if necessary escalate risks, roadblocks or issues in a timely fashion
- Coach and provide feedback to individual team members and stakeholders on Agile best practices and areas of opportunity
- Manage and work with 3rd party vendors, partners to drive cross-business unit project dependencies
- Coach and lead teams toward stable velocity, successfully meeting commitments/target dates and a healthy team dynamic utilizing available metrics to determine opportunities and drive improvement
- Coach and support Product Owners/Managers in maintaining a healthy backlog for the team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 5 to 7 years professional experience in a technical project management or related role is required
- Strong and demonstrated experience using the fundamentals of Agile development
- Demonstrated experience leading complex, technical projects
- Ability to interact professionally and confidently with colleagues at all levels, including senior and executive management with clear and confident communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Experience using Atlassian application suite (Confluence, JIRA) highly desired
- Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) highly desired
- Experience with managing cybersecurity projects desired
- PMP and/or CSM desired
