About the role:
The candidate will be responsible for leading client implementations, developing and strengthening client relationships, and executing projects to meet end-user requirements and deliver high client satisfaction. This role is critical to ensure that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and on scope.
What will you do?
- Create and manage all project documentation including but not limited to budget/finance reports, staff utilization, risk register, decision logs, project status reports and comprehensive implementation plans.
- Manage day to day project activities such as functioning as a Scrum Master as well as activities such as reviewing user stories and tickets for completeness and progress.
- Responsible for project governance such as reporting, risk mitigation, risk escalation, financial and status meetings, and steering committee meetings.
- Define project schedules, allocate resources and monitor progress.
- Dynamically adjust to changing priorities at the project and company level that may require reallocation of resources or project priorities.
- Demonstrate knowledge and confidence in executing and implementing Nuxeo best practices, Nuxeo Agile Development Methodology, and Nuxeo application technology
- Add value in all facets of the implementation by acting as the primary project facilitator
- Ensure team members have the tools and information to effectively execute their roles and tasks.
- Manage cross-functional project implementation teams on multiple engagements. Provide feedback and guidance to ensure that cross-functional team members operate at a high level.
- Develop and nurture positive and collaborative client relationships as the primary point of contact for the Professional Services team.
- Identify opportunities where Nuxeo Products or Professional Services can assist prospective and existing clients.
- Assist pre-sales activities by functioning as a Professional Services SME for clients and internal teams.
- Assist with continuous internal process improvement efforts.
We are looking for:
- 5+ years of experience as a project manager/professional services with a demonstrated track record of delivering successful digital projects.
- Strong client-facing skills and proven experience managing client relationships at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability and experience executing projects using waterfall and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban etc.)
- Experience creating and presenting professional client-facing documentation and demonstrating outstanding negotiation and collaboration facilitation.
- Have ability and confidence working in a fast-paced and dynamic, environment that requires self-directed initiative.
- Experience working with Enterprise Content Management and/or Digital Asset Management systems.
- Working knowledge of digital technologies such as JSON, JavaScript, API, XML, etc.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Able to travel up to 50% of the time
Preferred Skills:
- PMP certification or equivalent (PRINCE2 etc.)
- CSM or CSPO certification
- Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- Experience implementing Enterprise Content Management Systems
- Experience implementing Digital Asset Management Systems
