    Required skills & experience:

    1. Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business or related field required

    2. Minimum of 5 years’ experience with successful internal and client/partner-facing project management

    3. Current PMI Certification or industry equivalent certification a plus

    4. SalesForce experience

    5. Healthcare experience

    6. Agile or Scrum experience

    7. Ability to travel 15%

    8. Experience working with small to mid-size company as a PM would be ideal

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

    • Drive project management planning and execution of departmental and cross-departmental initiatives
    • Provide project and organizational leadership
    • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution of projects
    • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
    • Manage multiple competing priorities
    • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
    • Communicate project status, progress on deliverables, and risks/issues to stakeholders and leadership in an effective and timely manner
    • Discuss and prioritize project issues with the project team, and provide help/support to the project team as required
    • Manage matrixed resources to ensure that work items are completed within committed delivery timeframe, defined scope and integrated with other dependent projects
    • Successfully manage internal and external stakeholder relationships
    • Define and execute contingency planning and mitigation strategies as necessary

    OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Maintain compliance with the client’s policies, procedures and mission statement.
    • Adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements as outlined within the client’s Operating Policies and Procedures in all ways and at all times with respect to any aspect of the data handled or services rendered in the undertaking of the position.
    • Fulfill those responsibilities and/or duties that may be reasonably provided by the client for the purpose of achieving operational and financial success of the Company.
    • Provide ad hoc services as directed by management, work collaboratively with other departments to ensure objectives are met in a timely, efficient, and cost-effective manner.
