Summary
The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of assigned commercial projects from commencement to completion. This position will manage these projects in a manner that exceeds our customers? expectations and ensures that our work adheres to all company safety policies and OSHA mandated requirements. Must be willing to relocate to Watford City, ND.
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining solid working relationships with all project team members in a collaborative manner.
- Conduct on-site evaluations as needed to determine project scope
- Evaluate construction plans, blueprints and information gained during site visits to analyze work plans and determine project scheduling.
- Ability to work under pressure; work with multiple deadlines and within a team environment to best achieve excellent and timely results
- Manage all financial aspects of projects through ongoing job forecasting
- Familiarity with electrical equipment, materials and specifications
- Set clear goals and expectations to foreman
- Negotiate and resolve all customer concerns
- When necessary, estimate change orders for assigned projects
- Manage all jobs closeout procedures
- Conduct post project reviews to determine areas for future improvement
- Provide coaching and counseling to foreman
- Develop and maintain network of professional relationships within our industry

Education
High school diploma, GED or equivalent
Licenses and Certifications
Valid driver’s license.

Mentor electricians, journeymen, and foreman
