Project Description:
We are looking for a Global PMO to join our Austin team. This person will have the overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a projects for our client.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and coordinating meetings between client stakeholders and FTE’s.
- Responsible for coordination with Global Delivery Leads and take complete ownership of Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly business reviews for client projects across the globe.
- They will be responsible for creating and editing presentations, updating formatting, and providing visual inputs.
- Closely work with the account lead and provide status updates on project activities.
- There may be a need to work time outside regular business hours on occasions.
- Actively participate in sales process, building responses to client RPI and RFP’s for global project.
- Should be able to single handedly coordinate with all required stakeholders and gather information to build client proposal with assistance from Account lead.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2 years of project and program management, coordination or administration
- 1 year of experience working with global teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher education
- Experience in working with Software & Platform clients
- 1 year of experience supporting sales processes (understanding of RFPs, etc)
- 1 year of experience coordinating business reviews across multiple service lines
Professional Qualifications:
- Good financial acumen and financial analysis and diagnosis skills
- Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Excellent leadership, communication written and oral and interpersonal skill
