Portfolio manager for the Asset Department

ALTO Real Estate Funds is seeking a Portfolio Manager for the Asset Department for Dallas office.

Responsibilities include:

  • Preparation and analysis (actual performance) of budgets;
  • Monitoring periodic asset reports;
  • Visiting the properties and meeting brokers, property managers and other on a regular basis;
  • In charge of managing the asset for all aspects: leasing, refinance, property management reports, financials and more;
  • Market research for leasing and sale deals;
  • Review and analysis of property’s P&L, balance sheets, cash flow statements and trial balances.

Candidate Requirements:

  • US citizen (work in Dallas, TX);
  • At least 2 years’ real estate experience and knowledge (Commercial – an advantage);
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Accounting/Finance – must (Master’s degree – an advantage);
  • Excellent analytical skills, accuracy & details oriented;
  • Hebrew speaker (an advantage);
