Operations Manager job description:

Seeking to find a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our growing leadership team!

Job Responsibilities:

· Help promote a culture that encourages top performance, safety and high morale.

· Provide inspired leadership and training for factory personnel.

· Make important policy, planning and strategic decisions.

· Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures.

· Assist with recruiting when necessary.

· Manages team leaders and shop personnel.

· Manages the production expectations

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in operations management or related field

· Manufacture experience a must.

· Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and team members.

· Understands general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet and cash-flow management.

· Experience in management, operations and leadership
