Job Summary:
The Mortgage Processing Manager role is responsible for assisting with the workflow processes in the Mortgage Department to achieve maximum productivity and assure a smooth and efficient Mortgage Department operation. This role will provide services to originators, members, and other departments for all types of mortgage loan processing.
Responsibilities:
- Direct daily activities and support team of mortgage loan processors. Provide support and coaching related to pipeline management. Supervise employees, conduct performance appraisals, and recommend salary adjustments and/or promotions.
- Oversee and evaluate products and procedures currently in place and implement required changes.
- Analyze loan data reports and monitor performance of a team of mortgage processors. Monitor SLA’s and turn times of loan files and resolve issues.
- Monitor and load balance pipeline per processor as needed.
- Coordinate mortgage loan training and education for employees.
- Work with information systems to coordinate processing needs.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

- Responsible for ensuring the department maintains compliance with all applicable federal and state laws, regulations, and guidance, and adheres to Bank policies and procedures and completes required training. Must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control.
