Job Position: Manager of FP&A

Role Description & Core Responsibilities
This opportunity is suited for those seeking challenge in a fast paced in environment to grow both personally and professionally. The role reports directly to the CFO and involves preparation and analysis of key financial and operating data to provide support to executive level decision making.
The Manager of FP&A is responsible for leading and managing the company’s budgeting and recurring forecast process across operational units. Lead monthly business reviews to ensure executives and business owners are evaluating the right metrics and are aligned regarding business performance and value. This position will be a financial thought leader in understanding the financial impact of strategic cross functional business decisions to properly evaluate strategic decisions. This position will be intricately involved in corporate Strategic Planning and will have senior management and Board level interaction. The individual in this role must possess a strong mix of excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills with a solid background in operational finance.
- Manage annual budget and monthly forecasts (12 month rolling) processes using internal financial models considering debt structures and compliance
- Manage distribution of monthly reporting to management and Board
- Drive improved financial performance and productivity within operating departments through monthly financial reviews and KPI tracking
- Provide ROI analysis for new ventures prospective customers
- Prepare analysis and assist with the preparation of materials for Board meetings
- Identify and perform process improvement projects and assist with implementation of recommendations
- Assist in activity related to M&A and capital initiatives
- Lead customer pricing discussions using data and analysis, direct and coordinate activities of analyst(s) to ensure consistency with departmental objectives
- Provide leadership, guidance, and training to attract, retain, and motivate high performing individuals
- Complete other duties as needed in collaboration with the CFO
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, Masters degree or MBA a plus
- 5+ years of accounting or finance experience with emphasis in FP&A
- Direct management/supervisory experience
- Excellent Microsoft Excel and Power Point skills required
- Sharp attention to detail with focused accuracy and demonstrated ability to think strategically
- Self-motivated, strong work ethic, ability to work flexible hours during peak times
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to interact with a diverse group of managers, executives, and subject matter experts
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and time constraints
- Experience in healthcare industry a plusPhysical Requirements:
Typical physical demands include a high degree of dexterity to produce materials on a PC, normal or corrected vision, extensive sitting and frequent walking, occasional lifting or carrying up to 25 pounds
