MANAGER Altitude Trampoline Park Spokane
INTRODUCTION
The Manager with Altitude sets the tone for their park. They will ensure everyone staff, customers, community LOVES Altitude Spokane. Above all, they will be responsible for contributing to a successful business from staffing, to marketing, to Scheduling. A successful Manager at Altitude Spokane will:

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Leader of the Staff:
- Leads staff through recruiting, scheduling, orienting, and training employees; creating and maintaining a safe, secure, fun, and legal work environment; developing personal growth opportunities
- Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; coordinating and enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards
- Sets the tone for the staff operations through staff meetings and events
Party and Event Management:
- Facilitate creative and entertaining birthday parties and group events
- Schedule, coordinate and manage birthday party and group requests
- Supervise, schedule, and train party staff
Park Financial Performance:
- Assists General Manager in developing strategic goals by gathering business, financial, service, and operations information; identifying and evaluating trends and options; defining objectives; evaluating outcomes and progress
Customer Experience and Atmosphere:
- Controls quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards; analyzing and resolving quality and customer service problems; identifying trends; recommending system improvements
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

- Provides or performs other services as needed or required by Corporate and/or Owners
CONTROLS OVER WORK
Works under direct supervision of General Manager and Owners, who will indicate general assignments, limitations, and priorities.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Preferred 2-4 years of management experience
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle multiple assignments on a timely basis with a high degree of accuracy
- General understanding of HR policies
