- Network Director will work with LCHA Board members to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to the strategic plan. The Network Director will be responsible in directing any adjustments or revisions to the overall plan and budget. The Network Director will oversee the HIE project and be responsible for securing a project manager to assist with project implementation.
- Project Director will oversee the Collaborative Care project to ensure that the project is executed according to the outlined Work Plan. Some of the key responsibilities will include overseeing the implementation of the care coordination HIT tool, management of outcomes data, and implementation of behavioral health screening tool at CPMC.
Job Objective: The role of the Network Director is to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to the strategic plan objectives and within budget as approved by grant funds. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of the Network and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan.
Qualifications: BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Master’s degree is preferred. Previous experience in areas of project management including multiple project integration, scope, time, cost, quality, staffing, communications, risk and procurement required. Excellent organization skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities and manage complex projects in a self-directed manner with minimal supervision are required. Experience writing, implementing and reporting on federal and private grants and awards is preferred.
