    Operations Manager

    This is for a large, enteprise government Infrastructure Contract supporing a Fed Civilian Customer in Washignton DC. The Operations Manager will serve as the technical lead overseeing 30 Tier 3 and 4 specialized IT SME’s in software packaging, Security, and Networking.

    In this role, you will function as the Lead Technical Operations Manager on a program responsible for the delivery of IT services and support to our customer. You will work closely to support effective delivery of the following: maintain a stable, cost effective and secure IT environment; provide quality, timely and cost efficient maintenance; protect and present customer information that facilitates the mission; and modernize technology to meet business demands in a cost effective manner. This includes all facets of operations for computer, network, communications, and hardware and software infrastructure technologies.

    Education

    Bachelor’s Degree in a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.Qualifications

    To qualify, you must meet these basic qualifications:

    • 8-10 years of Enterprise IT InfrastructureProgram Management / Service Delivery, leading a large team of people (300+)
    • Proven success in Service Delivery
    • ITIL Foundations
    • Ability to obtain a high level government clearance
