Description

Implementation Managers work with our most advanced global clients to design onboarding plans lead program design that will help clients meet their objectives. They will work toward establishing client configurations, delivering training and product support sessions, and building strong professional relationships with client stakeholders. This team also own sales engineering and solutions consulting and regularly collaborates with Sales to help win new business. Presenting as a Rapid Ratings expert is a key component, so strong communication and financial expertise are important. This role may also require some travel. Implementation Managers report to our Director of Implementation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Solution Support: Become an expert in the Financial Health System. Understand our clients’ needs and propose solutions, then manage and execute to deliver these solutions successfully. Provide training, guidance on program design, and troubleshoot technical issues to empower clients to succeed.
  • Onboarding Leadership: Design and execute training and onboarding programs for new clients to RapidRatings. These plans will be responsive to their specific needs and will include measurable benchmarks for assessing success. Develop and employ onboarding specific technical products that increase client retention.
  • Pre-Sales Consultation. Provide creative product expertise to our Sales team and prospective clients about the scope of our product, and the most appropriate solutions for sophisticated prospects. Apply commercial principles and support Sales efforts to acquire new clients and use cases.

Who We Are Seeking

  • Strong presentation and written communications – be comfortable on the phone, email or in person with client executives as well as their operations team members
  • Highly motivated and entrepreneurial – you not only can spot problems, but you can marshal resources towards creative solutions
  • Required Technological or Consulting experience – preferably with SaaS background or Management Consulting
  • Risk Management expertise a plus
  • 4+ years of related experience
