The candidate has at a minimum a Bachelor’s degree in Personnel or Business Administration or related field AND two years of professional human resources experience; OR, Any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved. Or, the candidate can also have 4 years’ experience at Senior Management Level in a supervisory capacity.
