Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience managing a call center or help desk for both inbound and outbound inquiries.
- Experience in partner models including cloud, SaaS, Services and Advisory Programs across the build, service, or sales cloud products.
Preferred qualifications:
- 15 years of partner programs experience at am enterprise software or cloud company.
- Experience with competitive partner programs.
- Ability to manage numerous projects including infrastructure enhancements simultaneously, and leading them to completion, with a range of stakeholders.
- Ability to assume increasing responsibility in a fast-paced global organization.

The Cloud Partner Program and Strategy team is focused on accelerating the adoption of Google Cloud by attracting and growing world-class partners who can acquire new customers and make them successful. As the Head of Global Partner Program Offices, you’ll be responsible for the regional outreach to partners, the worldwide team of Partner Advisors, and strategic senior partner leaders worldwide that will enable these partners in all aspects of the partner lifecycle.

You’ll work closely with teams across Lifecycle Management and Operations, Program Design, Partner Systems and Tools, Partner Marketing, and Legal and Finance.

Responsibilities
- Build a partner advisory team in support of Partner Advantage and our partners through a scaled management experience across – marketing, sales, technical, and partnership management.
- Design a partner-first approach to annual business planning, agreements, incentives, partner practice growth, supporting our partners through their partnership lifecycle.
- Deliver a positive responsive call-center “Partner Advisory” to answer incoming queries, benefits and offerings to our partners worldwide and drive outbound campaign and partner growth.
- Promote initiatives and offers to partners in a scalable fashion that compliments our partner ecosystem.
- Oversee our Regional Partner Program Office teams in region, where approved partners can receive individual support and resolution with regards to partner status, troubleshooting, etc.
