Position Title: Head of Marketing, Rockefeller Global Family Office
Manager: Chief Marketing Officer
Broad Function and Scope of the Position
The Head of Marketing for Rockefeller Global Family Office will be responsible for the marketing of two interconnected businesses, Private Wealth Management and The Global Family Office. The individual in the role will be a senior leader at Rockefeller Capital Management and will work in direct partnership with PWM and GFO leadership to acquire new clients and advisors and to support the transition of clients and advisors to the firm.
Position Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a first-class experience with on-brand, high quality output of creative and content for sales and business development support, including pitchbooks, presentations, and proposals
- Operate with a commercial mindset and a strong command of revenue and growth targets, while managing and tracking a lean budget with a focus on efficiency
- Build strong relationships with field leadership, including hub managers as well as advisors
- Conduct regular meetings with advisor recruits, representing the marketing narrative and overall firm strategy with a high degree of knowledge
- Manage the custom marketing program for advisors, including freelance/agency resources
- Maintain and track usage of marketing resources, both printed collateral and digital, among advisors
Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills
- 8+ years marketing experience
- Excellent communications skills, especially the ability to present compellingly to the Executive Committee and to large groups on conference calls and in person
- Deep understanding of wealth management and family office services
- Experience managing agency vendors
- Prior agency experience a plus
