W.C. Weil, a PumpMan Company is a manufacturer s representative, and repair & service provider for Municipal Water and Wastewater Treatment equipment and systems. WC Weil represent numerous pumps, valve and pump system manufacturers and serves the Western Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Eastern Ohio, and Maryland Panhandle markets. The Company services include: new equipment sales; start-up; routine inspection; field troubleshooting and repair; and a fully equipped state-of-the-art test facility.
We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Branch Manager to direct and manage our division s business activities, develop and implement effective strategies and programs. Duties for the Branch Manager will include performing all HR functions from recruiting to hiring, employee engagement, coaching, grievance handling, coordinating business operations, monitoring and motivating staff, managing operational costs, ensuring good customer service, improving administrative processes, engaging with vendors, identifying business opportunities, and monitoring financial activities (P&L). Having service industry experience is a plus with a strong vision in directing business functions, which will assist our organization in maintaining relationships with clients, generating new business, increasing staff productivity and retention, improving service, ensuring sustainability, and meeting business objectives.
The successful candidate for this role should possess excellent communication skills, great knowledge of business functions, exceptional budgeting and finance skills, and strong leadership qualities. A stellar Branch Manager should account for all business activities, support staff development, enhance efficiency, drive sales and improve revenue, maintain relationships with clients, enhance the organization’s image, and meet overall growth objectives.
Branch/General Manager Responsibilities:
