Stable and expanding pest control company based in Hendersonville looking for General Managers
Salary range 50K-75K + Bonus Structure
General Managers are responsible for the overall operations of the branch. They manage all other branch level employees within his or her assigned location and ensure company standards are maintained. This position receives generous compensation and a lucrative bonus structure based on branch performance. We are looking for those who want to provide World Class Customer Service to everyone on every level!
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Be an expert at Customer Service, lead by example!
- Ensure every new employee gets quality training and support.
- Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing company standards.
- Manage and coordinate field and office staff activities.
- Maintain technical competency of industry and US Pest standards.
- Physically Teach, Show and Coach company standards to field technicians
- Maintain inventory of chemicals and products used.
- Verify/Finalize timecards for employees and approve paid time off.
- Manage employee schedules that optimize labor to business needs.
- Review Applications, Interview and Hire Employees.
- Control expenses and review P&L statements with Owner and President.
