KoBre Companies is a holding company for six different organizations founded by a pair of Los Angeles-based entrepreneurs. The team at KoBre sets the strategic objectives and assists in day to day operations for each of the rapidly growing companies under the KoBre umbrella.
The Executive Assistant position is critical to the operations and culture of KoBre. The role reports to and directly assists the CEO, who is heavily involved in the operations of each of the six holding companies. On a daily basis you will be interacting with executives, clients, staff, and partners of each of the holding companies, various Boards the CEO sits on, and organizations that the CEO is a member of (e.g. YPO & EO). Therefore, a high degree of attention to detail, organization, and professionalism are imperative to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Complex and detailed calendar management across multiple organizations
Manage and prioritize the CEOâs email inbox and ensure that inquiries that are company-related, company-adjacent, or personal are responded to in a timely fashion.
Provide end-to-end administrative support to the CEO
Manage travel and assist with expense report creation/submission
Organize meetings and events while ensuring proper logistics are executed
Handle and protect sensitive/confidential information with the highest level of discretion
Required Skills:
Extreme degree of attention to detail and diligence
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Ability to anticipate the CEOs needs.
Ability to keep up with a high energy CEO who moves at a rapid pace and jumps from topic to topic quickly.
Ability to take complete ownership of tasks/projects to ensure their satisfactory completion
Ability to work independently or with a team on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional skill at building relationships
Sound judgment and ability to act independently when addressing routing tasks or solving routing problems
Resourcefulness, dependability, proactiveness
Comfortable with complexity and ambiguity, with a passion for the challenges around organizing it
Highly skilled at time management and prioritization
Proven competence in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook)
Proven competence with G Suite (email and calendar)
Experience with salesforce.com (desired, not required)
Required Experience/Education:
Prior experience as an Executive Assistant for senior executives in a multi-million dollar organization
A minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative support role
4-year degree (BA/BS) from a fully accredited institution
