Job Description Summary:
This Director, Service Lines Integration will focus on analytics and using data to drive decisions within our service lines. In addition, he/she is charged with improving the system-wide integration and direction of service line programs as we transform from a volume to value clinical delivery model. This position will partner with physician and administrative leaders to drive successful change that supports service line programs delivering on the value equation of quality, service and cost efficiency.
Minimum Qualifications:
Master’s Degree (Required)
Hospital / service line operations, strategic planning, process improvement / LEAN operations, business development project management, strong organizational skills, strong understanding of stakeholder engagement skills.
