Float Left, an industry leader in providing cutting-edge OTT solutions to media companies and broadcasters, is looking for a high-performing Director of Sales to join their fast-growing team.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with a passion for media and technology, as well as the ability to manage sales operations, with a goal is to increase the companyâs market share and drive revenues.
Responsibilities Include:

Owning and meeting/exceeding annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts.

Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.

Maintaining the sales pipeline with both outbound sales initiatives and inbound lead management.

Effectively presenting and demonstrating Float Leftâs products and solutions.

Develop strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports.

Communicates client needs and demands effectively to the team.
-
Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
-
Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
-
Understand category-specific landscapes and trends within the OTT and media tech industries.

Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and Sales Forecasting.
Requirements:

Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets.

A deep understanding of the OTT market which includes (AVOD, SVOD or TVE business models).

Ability to drive the sales process from plan to close, as well as the ability to position products against competitors.

Ability to deliver results in driving pipeline growth for SaaS-based deals.

Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.

Demonstrable experience as a Director of Sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions.
