Director of Marketing

What we are Looking For

Our client is seeking a dynamic, self-starting Director of Marketing to join their team. This individual will lead the marketing team to develop the marketing plan, coordinate marketing efforts, foster brand awareness through social media and print materials. Also, this person will have direct participation in the company’s pricing strategy to help optimize sales and provide internal/external training to help increase market share and enhance profits.

What You Will Be Doing

• Develop a marketing strategy to promote company awareness, build market share and increase profits
• Plan and implement creative promotional events, trade shows displays and conference activities
• Develop, execute and monitor the success of marketing campaigns
• Expertly produce content for the company’s online presence, print design and other publications to promote the brand
• Set and maintain appropriate budgets for marketing efforts within the company
• Provide leadership, direction and maintenance of all policies and procedures within the department
• Provide projections and monitor return-on-investment and profit-loss projections
• Maintain a close working relationship with other departments to develop pricing, maximize profits and provide customer satisfaction
• Develop strong relationships with media, stakeholders and potential clients
• Provide all department leadership activities including guidance and feedback
• Effectively communicate marketing effort and projections to leadership on an ongoing basis
