We are a custom home builder and real estate development company in Palm Beach county, who is looking for a Director of Business Development. You will be responsible for driving new business into our custom home pipeline and developing relationships with new potential investors.
You must be a master networker and have sales experience. You will be responsible for creating a lead generation plan, networking strategy, manage conventional marketing initiatives and social media. A passion for meeting people and real estate is a must. Understanding the sales process and experience in sales are crucial. We are looking for a longterm director of BD who will grow with the company over many years to come.
