SUMMARY:

This position will be responsible for implementing strategies, tools, technology, practices and processes to continually improve efficiency and effectiveness of our sales ecosystem. This position will also be responsible for the overall planning of Sales Enablement strategies and will promote product, marketing and sales alignment.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Proven success leading a team through sourcing, qualifying and closing high-level candidates nationally on a large scale.
  • Experience in developing and delivering outstanding sales coaching, process improvements, sales methodologies, lead generation programs, positioning and competitive analysis.
  • A servant-leader focus who will energize and enable our team to create strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their challenges and presenting the company’s services as solutions.
  • A highly collaborative approach with enthusiasm to work cross-functionally in order to achieve shared success.
  • Strong abilities in leveraging Salesforce, Tableau, LinkedIn Navigator and other sales enablement tools to achieve success.
  • Clear ethical construct and unwavering commitment to integrity.
  • At least 15 years’ experience in sales and sales coaching roles with increasing scope of responsibility and consistent record of high achievement, ideally focused on selling services to C-suite executives and enhanced by professional sales training from well-known experts.
  • Strong executive presence with a high sense of urgency and the ability to motivate, inspire and excite the team.
