JOB SUMMARY
The Director of Finance position will be a critically important member/leader of our finance team. The position will focus on improved customer metric reporting and operational projects to drive efficiency and management reporting and analysis.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience
Responsible for accuracy of customer and operational metric reporting both externally and internally on a regular basis
Work closely with teams responsible for compiling and providing customer information from the various billing systems
Reconcile various customer metrics on a monthly basis to ensure accurate reporting from the source billing systems
Assist with management reporting requests related to customer and operational statistics
Assist with annual budget preparation and quarterly reviews of forecast to ensure accurate and consistent customer and operations statistic reporting
Acts as primary liaison with other areas such as Business Intelligence, Executive reporting, Internal Audit, etc. to provide support and data validation and consistency
Produces periodic financial and budget reports and related analyses for managers, senior staff, department heads, the Executive Team and the Board
Implement improvements in reporting processes and systems used for reporting

Ability to work well under pressure, handle multiple priorities, and make deadlines
Solid financial management skills including monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
Experience in budget preparation, variance analysis and strategic planning
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in related field required
