The Canadian County Children’s Justice Center has an excellent opportunity for a senior level business manager. Our Facility Director will oversee the development and direction of the overall center, responsibilities include administering and directing all aspects of management. Program activities of the Center are focused on with partnerships of the Associate District Judge and the Board of County Commissioners.

This position is a highly visible member of the leadership team, responsible for establishing business partnerships with key leaders in various organizations. The work requires a high-level of process orientation and problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and very strong organizational skills. Successful candidates would possess the ability to communicate with exceptional professionalism to every level of the organization and is able to serve with a positive, professional, respectful and courteous attitude at all times. This role would be perfect for a proven leader who would contribute to the overall success of the facility by driving a continuous improvement culture that is focused on delivering value.
