Daycare Director

Looking for a partner to run the daily operations of a daycare facility, as well as set up the licensure, inspections, hiring and firing of staff, and other administrative tasks required to run a daycare facility including writing of the daily activities and other forms and procedures as required by the state to pass for licensure.

Facility is NOT OPEN at this time. Building is owned, but will require a build out based on your recommendations. The build out will occur while we wait for the license to be approved.

All expenses to run facility will be provided – including but not limited to the building, heating and cooling, license, liability, fees and application expenses, inspections, employee wages, etc. We provide the financing and you provide your expertise.

Pay will consist of a percentage of income generated. The better the business does, the more you make. This is a partnership opportunity, not an employee/employer opportunity.

You will be added to the business plan and business ownership.

Percentage of ownership is negotiable.
