Your Responsibilities:
- Help manage the daily business
- Set short and long-term goals together with management
- Make sure the team stays laser focused and meets those goals
- Create, implement and optimize processes
- Address problems and identify opportunities
- Oversee budgeting and financials

- Experience in leading a team or ran a company yourself
- Ability to juggle multiple projects at a time and consistently meet deadlines
- You have a good view of what needs to be done first and what can wait (or shouldnât be done at all)

What we are not looking for is someone
- Who likes to have his picture show up on every news article
- Who likes hanging out at trade shows
- That leaves at 5 while the rest of the team is working on something critical
- Who isnât willing to occasionally help out on a Saturday on Sunday
- That does something because all other companies do it like that as well
