Who We Want

The Associate Vice President, Coaching will be responsible for the growth of Carson Group Coaching (CGC) by adding new members to the Coaching community. They will be responsible for and held accountable to both team and individual activity and sales targets on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.

What To Expect

  • Responsible for identifying, generating, qualifying and closing CGC opportunities across the nation.
  • Follow up on all leads generated by website inquiries, conference, trade shows, referrals, marketing campaigns, webinar attendees, etc.
  • Assist in calling campaigns as needed.
  • Build relationships with current Partners and Coaching Members.
  • Leverage CGP and CGC resources to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
  • Implement the company’s sales process.
  • Participate in weekly sales team meeting.
  • Document all activity for tracking in the sales database, Salesforce.
  • Creating and implementing a business plan for Carson Group Coaching sales.
  • Manage individual sales and activity goals.
  • Present at seminars and training sessions as needed.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, trade shows and other events.
  • Participate in meetings, training, and continuing education requirements.
  • Perform all other duties as needed or required to maintain and grow profitable business.
  • Position will travel nationally as needed.

What You Need

  • Must have demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales objectives.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage sales pipeline and existing relationships.
  • Thorough knowledge of industry.
  • Outstanding interpersonal communication skills (enthusiastic, articulate, confident, adaptable) and the ability to build successful client relationships.
  • Must be able to work independently and in team environment.
  • Understanding of the sales and marketing process.
  • A strong interest in the financial services industry (financial industry experience preferred).
  • Proven ability to present to large and small groups effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Salesforce.
  • Must accept demand driven travel and weekend work.

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred.
  • 3+ years’ experience of successful and verifiable sales experience or equivalent track record
  • Financial services experience strongly preferred.
  • FINRA series 65 licensed preferred.
  • Clean U-4 and U-5 history.
