Coordinate customer service efforts as they relate to season tickets, group sales, annual giving, game-day hospitality and member benefits. This includes, but is not limited to the following: â?¢ Conduct non-renewal calls for tickets and annual gifts. â?¢ Prepare donor packets as dictated by Braves Club Director â?¢ Track, fulfill, and deliver membership benefits as outlined in giving levels summary. â?¢ Coordinate game-day hospitality and manage access to those areas. â?¢ Grow grass roots annual giving efforts â?¢ Assist in development of non-renewal retention strategy â?¢ Assist in development of Annual Giving growth strategy â?¢ Assist in Cash Bash planning and implementation â?¢ Review Athletics Strategic Plan elements â?¢ Operate and produce ticketing using Provenue â?¢ Assist with season ticket demands for football and basketball. Individual must have the ability to work effectively in the environment of an academically demanding institution and abide by all NCAA Division II and institutional policies. Individual would be required to be available on ALL game day afternoons and weekends. Total hours per week are estimated to be 25 hours.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing or related field. The minimum experience should include one year working with ticket management software and customer relations.
