Plaza of Hallandale Beach is an Assisted Living Facility with Memory Care. We are seeking a Full-Time Activities Assistant to join the team!

The Activities Director is responsible for the following:

  • Plan and implement activities
  • Design programs to encourage socialization
  • Provide entertainment, relaxation, and fulfillment
  • Creativity a MUST!
  • Must be friendly,kind, and compassionate
  • Must be able to improvise and create activities on the spot
  • Must be able to hire and train Activity Assistant
  • MUST BE ABLE TO DRIVE THE BUS

Ideal candidate must be passionate about working with seniors.

Full Time

Must be able to pass Level II Background Test

Must be able to provide TB/PPD

Job Type: Full-time

Experience:

  • working with seniors: 1 year (Preferred)
  • activities: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

  • Fluent English (Required)
