Position Summary:
As the Vice President of Ambulatory Operations, you’ll report directly to the Market Vice President Chief Operating Officer- Physician Enterprise. You will be responsible for leading the Peninsula Region in planning, directing and evaluating the ambulatory operations for Franciscan Medical Group and will be based out of Bremerton, Washington. Your work will be to provide strategic leadership in assessing, developing and implementing initiatives which improves the financial performance and enhances patient service satisfaction of all identified customer groups for the Franciscan Medical Group.

Position Requirements:
  • Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration or related field.
  • A minimum of seven years of progressively responsible related work experience.
  • A minimum of five years of management experience.
