The Information Technology (IT) Vice President is a key senior leader and is accountable to develop and implement Curative’s IT Strategy and utilize technology to drive operational improvement across the organization.
Essential Functions:
- Serves as Project Manager on strategic and operational initiatives related to IT.
- Ensures data integrity, security and regulatory adherence and serves as the organization’s Security Officer.
- Stays current in the Information Technology field and evaluates new technologies that support Curative’s Mission and Values.
- Mentors and leads the IT staff.
- Develops and manages the IT annual operating and capital budgets.
- Works with auditors, consultants and contractors as required.
- Develops and maintains IT Policies and Procedures.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Sciences, Business Administration or other related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager.
- Five years of IT leadership experience.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Relevant industry experience; knowledge of healthcare or human service clinical, financial and business processes.
