Skanska is looking for a dynamic Business Development Vice President with A/E/C experience to lead our business development efforts in Atlanta. This individual will have the opportunity to drive the business development plan in this booming market. The ideal Vice President candidate will be a flexible and adaptable team-player, as well as have strong communication and client service skills. This position will report to the Atlanta General Manager with a dotted line connection to the BD-CEVP.

ďťż Business Development Vice President Key Responsibilities:
- Accountable for the Atlanta office sales functions.
- Responsible for developing and managing business development plans and budgets.
- Be an active member in the community and serve on various community boards as deemed appropriate by the local General Manager.
- Leverage relationships within the community and industry.
- Understanding of the basic construction operations (risk, financial, contracts, business deals, etc.)
ďťż Business Development Vice President Must Haves:
- Good knowledge of the larger design firms and regional contractors who have operations are in the region.
- Bachelorâs Degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Business, Marketing or related field preferred
- Minimum of ten (10) years of Business Development, operations or management experience required.
- Must have previous experience working in the CM/GC or AE business market
Business Development Vice President Compensation:

Base salary range of $160-$175k with a strong bonus
