Boudreau Pipeline Corporation is a wet & dry utility construction company with its headquarters located in Corona, CA and a satellite office in Compton, CA. Boudreau Pipeline Corporation is currently seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to join our Team in the Corona Office. The ideal candidate will possess a Can-Do attitude with the skill and desire to succeed in a collaborative environment. The Project Manager is responsible for directing multiple pipeline projects and working closely with other business partners to plan, facilitate and complete projects. The successful candidate will represent the company in communications directly with clients, responsible for project budgets and schedules, and the quality of project deliverables.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Coordination and monitoring of project schedules, budgets, and other project requirements
- Document Scope Changes and follow up with written Change Order requests as required
- Serve as the primary point of contact with the Client for project coordination and communication
- Provide guidance and oversight to other business partners as needed
- Review of project deliverables to include drawings, calculations and specifications, and permit applications
- Plan and direct project meetings, technical reviews and progress updates, both internally and with the client
- Ensure proper closeout of project including transmittal of final documentation to client and the filing of electronic and hard copies of project materials
Expected Qualifications:
- Bachelorâs Degree in Project Management, technical, or construction preferred
- 5+ years of experience in project management with an emphasis in wet pipeline industry projects
- Field experience in the construction of pipelines is a REQUIREMENT
- Demonstrates flexibility to effectively deal with changing priorities and timelines through analytical problem solving
- Proven time management and follow-through skills with the ability to work on multiple tasks with tight deadlines
- Works both independently and in a collaborative team-oriented environment.
- Displays superior written and oral communication skills and employs effective listening skills.
- Displays tactful, mature and professional demeanor with well-developed interpersonal skills including the ability to work with diverse personnel
