· Responsible for the management and supervision of the treatment program
· Provides supervision and management to treatment team
· Audits client files regarding treatment as needed for compliance with residential child-care licensing, residential contracts, agency policy and procedures and Youth for Tomorrow (YFT)
· Assist in crisis interventions and provide supervision of treatment issues during crisis
· Prepare preliminary and initial treatment plans as well ason-going treatment plan reviews in compliance with licensing (30-day, 60-day and repeating 90-day reviews for ALL residents.
· Facilitate and develop staff development training as needed
· Working knowledge of Trust-Based Relational Interventions (TBRI) and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) needed
