The OneDrive and SharePoint Customer Engineering team is a critical arm of our product engineering team helping drive our service deployments at scale. The team is focused on creating proven customer onboarding solutions driven by hands-on engagements, improving customer engagement metrics through defined strategies, and building structured programming to scale customer engagements.

This program manager role will own development of partner facing adoption scale programming, focused on OneDrive for Business and SharePoint Online. There will be a focus around solution integrator partner readiness hence having a passion around instructor led training is a must. You will be asked to define, execute, and assess adoption initiatives aligned to our product group strategy. To be successful, you will need to work closely with our Microsoft FastTrack Ready Partner engineering team to arm that program with necessary assets and training. Doing so in such a manner that our Partner ecosystem teams can also leverage and build upon this work.
This role will also be expected to work alongside our Product Marketing team to evangelize in the Microsoft Technical Community. You will work with key members across multiple organizations to aid partners in developing their SharePoint related business practices. Youâll also be asked to leverage existing SharePoint technical knowledge and ramp up on new feature sets which will be essential in speaking with customers and partners as you work to move them forward. Ideal candidates are those that are hands on, customer focused, and data driven.

Responsibilities
- Creation of OneDrive and SharePoint adoption focused programming enabling our partner solution integrator ecosystem.
- Ability to create and perform instruction led training.
- Define and own metrics, reporting, forecasting, and business impact modelling related to the above.
- Evolve existing program(s) as new service offerings and features are released.
- Plan and facilitate deep conversations with our partners and customers to understand their adoption and change management needs.
- Work closely with our marketing and Microsoft Technical Community programs to extend the impact of the above programs.
Qualifications
- Microsoft Partner Program experience with demonstrated experience running solution integrator partner facing programs
- Deep understanding of the SharePoint service
- Seasoned engineering professional with multiple product release experience
- Deep understanding and passion for customer scenarios with an eye towards removing blockers and increasing adoption
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding established goals on a consistent basis
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and navigate through uncertain situations to drive for clarity
- Strong problem solving, data-driven, and decision-making skills required
- Must think strategically about product and business issues
- Creative thinker who can see âthe big pictureâ and unite new and disparate ideas with practical plans, working comfortably in the face of ambiguity while driving persistently towards success
- Skilled in translating ideas into clear communication
- Balance of technical and business acumen, capability to ramp up quickly on the business
- High personal accountability for self and others
Education and Experience
- 5+ years relevant experience in technology
- Strong product and audience skills to help drive product decisions based on customer needs
- Proven experience successfully operating in a global, highly matrixed environment required
- Ability to travel on a quarterly basis
- Ability to adjust working time zones at times based on partner community needs
- High degree of executive maturity required with strong collaboration skills
- Proven experience and propensity towards hands-on data analysis
