- 9+ years of experience as Scrum Master
- Agile experience
- Experience managing large data migration and data projects
- Experience managing complex projects and/or programs involving multiple systems and stakeholders
- Experience with backlog grooming, sprint planning and sprint reviews
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
