Position: Retail Manager at Uniform Store at Dulles Town Center Mall

Scrubs Plus by Loudoun Medical Group is seeking an experienced retail manager with 3-5 years experience. Must have your own transportation. Hours are Monday-Friday, 9:30AM â 5:30PM, but may include some nights and weekends depending on the store’s coverage. This store offers high-end medical uniforms in a boutique-like setting. Must be professional, well-spoken, and possess excellent customer service skills. Skillset would include being proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Position requires a scrubs uniform. The manager will report to the Operations Managers. The pay is commensurate with experience.
As a retail manager, you would be responsible for the day-to-day running of a retail store. The main focus of the work would be to improve the commercial performance of the store by increasing or maximizing sales.
Your typical tasks would include:
- managing and motivating a team to increase sales
- overseeing recruitment and training of staff
- maintaining monthly staff schedules and filling in where necessary
- keeping track of stock and ordering through computerized systems
- receive, tag, steam, and organize merchandise
- organizing sales promotions and in-store events
- serving customers
- dealing with queries, complaints and feedback from customers
- maintaining awareness of market trends and monitoring what competitors are doing
