We provide state of the art modern truck mounted carpet cleaning equipment. With the uniqueness of our logo our vans are easily recognizable. We have IICRC Certified carpet cleaning and water restoration technicians. The owner of the company has over 29 years experience and oversees all operations. We are one of only a few companies in the area that hold a certification in Applied Structural Drying.
We are currently looking for a Project Manager to oversee all aspects of Emergency Services and our Carpet Cleaning Services. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Responds to losses with technicians.
- Ability to handle all aspects of losses and work side by side with technicians.
- Oversight of all commercial and residential losses throughout restoration process.
- Ensure all jobsites are free of daily debris.
- Manage employee labor for all projects including temp labor.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Develop and update project schedules as needed.
- Review and monitor paperwork related to project.
- Representation on emergency mitigation on-call management rotation.
- Meet or exceed billing, revenue, and profit margin goals.
- Confirm all subcontractors and temporary labor are working under a subcontract agreement.
- Manage and maintain equipment inventory lists, updated monthly.
- All other duties or projects as assigned.
- Management of Technicians.
- Hold team meetings, including weekly training and equipment checks.
- Ensure vehicles are ready and stocked per specifications.
- Responsible for directing, mentoring and training Technician personnel.
Qualifications for this position include but are not limited to:
- 3+ years residential and commercial restoration experience.
- 3+ years project management experience.
- IICRC certifications in water restoration
- Must be able to travel in response to both emergency and non-emergency losses across the nation
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, internal and external contacts throughout the project management process
